Ingredients:
- 2 cans (17.5 oz each) Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
- 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 0.33 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open both cans of cinnamon rolls and arrange all 10 rolls in the ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish, leaving slight space between them for expansion.
- Pour the 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream into the pan, tilting it so the cream surrounds the base of every roll without pouring it directly over the tops.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Spoon this mixture evenly over the top of each roll.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the centers are cooked through.
- While the rolls are still warm, whisk the provided icing (optionally mixed with cream cheese) and spread it over the rolls, allowing it to melt into the crevices.
