Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (17.5 oz each) Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.33 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open both cans of cinnamon rolls and arrange all 10 rolls in the ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish, leaving slight space between them for expansion.
  3. Pour the 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream into the pan, tilting it so the cream surrounds the base of every roll without pouring it directly over the tops.
  4. In a small microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Spoon this mixture evenly over the top of each roll.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the centers are cooked through.
  6. While the rolls are still warm, whisk the provided icing (optionally mixed with cream cheese) and spread it over the rolls, allowing it to melt into the crevices.
