- 170g crushed pretzels

- 250g whipped topping, thawed
- 85g strawberry flavored gelatin
- 240ml boiling water
- 240ml ice-cold water
- 300g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until the mixture looks like wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the crust smells nutty and looks golden brown.
- Allow the crust to cool completely to room temperature before adding the next layer.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the ice-cold water.
- Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Carefully pour the prepared strawberry gelatin mixture over the strawberries, ensuring they are evenly covered.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours and 10 minutes, or until the gelatin is fully set.
