Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) cold whole milk
  • 1/2 cup (125g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups (225g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 large ripe banana

Instructions:

  1. Pour the cold whole milk and Greek yogurt into the blender canister first to create a vortex for the frozen ingredients.
  2. Add the banana, broken into chunks, followed by the frozen strawberries.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed setting for 10 seconds until the liquid starts to circulate.
  4. Ramp up the speed and blend for 30-45 seconds until the color is a uniform bright pink.
  5. Taste for sweetness. If the berries were tart, you can add a tiny drop of honey if needed.
  6. Pour immediately and serve into two glasses until the frosty texture starts to settle.
