Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup (80g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup
- 1 pinch (1g) sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and sea salt directly in a glass jar. Stir with a fork to ensure the protein powder is evenly distributed and there are no large clumps.
- Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no dry pockets of protein powder remain.
- Seal the jar tightly with the lid and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully hydrate.
