Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup (80g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and sea salt directly in a glass jar. Stir with a fork to ensure the protein powder is evenly distributed and there are no large clumps.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no dry pockets of protein powder remain.
  3. Seal the jar tightly with the lid and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully hydrate.
