- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 8 oz Whipped Topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 14.3 oz Oreo Cookies, divided
- 1.5 cups Mini Marshmallows
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and free of lumps. Slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and uniform.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping. Use a 'cut and fold' motion—slicing through the center and lifting from the bottom—to avoid deflating the air bubbles and maintain the fluff texture.
- Place 3/4 of the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them into a mix of fine dust and pea-sized chunks. Fold the crushed cookies and mini marshmallows into the cream. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the remaining cookies broken by hand.
