Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
- 1/4 cup (30g) fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
- 1 tsp (5g) hemp hearts
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, vegan protein powder, chia seeds, and sea salt directly in a 16 oz glass Mason jar. Whisk together until the protein powder is evenly distributed and there are no large clumps.
- Pour in the unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 60 seconds, ensuring you scrape the bottom edges of the jar so no dry pockets of protein powder remain.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, though overnight is ideal.
- Give the jar one final stir before adding the fresh blueberries, almond butter, and hemp hearts on top just before eating.
