Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) Unsweetened Oat Milk
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a 16 oz glass jar.
  2. Pour in the oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds until the chia seeds are fully suspended and not clumped.
  4. Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Give the oats a quick stir before serving.
  6. Stir in an extra splash of oat milk until it reaches your preferred thickness.
