Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz Mason jar, combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no yogurt clumps remain.
- Stir in the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until all oats are fully submerged and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Tighten the lid and shake the jar once more. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, though overnight is ideal.
