Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a 16 oz Mason jar, combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no yogurt clumps remain.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until all oats are fully submerged and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Tighten the lid and shake the jar once more. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, though overnight is ideal.
