Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup (60g) certified gluten free rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup (160ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 2 tsp (10ml) maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp (1ml) vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp (0.7g) fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the certified gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt in a 16 oz mason jar. Whisk briefly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the yogurt is fully incorporated and no dry pockets of oats remain.
  3. Seal the jar with a tight lid and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
