Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup (60g) certified gluten free rolled oats
- ⅔ cup (160ml) unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 2 tsp (10ml) maple syrup
- ¼ tsp (1ml) vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp (0.7g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the certified gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt in a 16 oz mason jar. Whisk briefly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the yogurt is fully incorporated and no dry pockets of oats remain.
- Seal the jar with a tight lid and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
