Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream (36% fat)
- 2 tbsp 2% milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the chilled heavy whipping cream, 2% milk, vanilla syrup, and sea salt in a narrow glass pitcher or mason jar.
- Submerge the head of a handheld electric frother just below the liquid's surface. Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle, turn the frother on, and hold stationary for 15-20 seconds to create a vortex.
- Move the frother wand up and down slightly for an additional 10 seconds to incorporate remaining liquid until the texture resembles thick, wet paint or melted soft-serve ice cream.
- Tap the bottom of the container firmly on the counter two or three times. This 'settles' the foam and breaks any lingering large air pockets.
- Slowly pour the mixture over your favorite iced coffee or cold brew.
