Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2/3 cup (160ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp (0.75g) Fine Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt directly into the mason jar. Stir the dry ingredients first to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until no dry patches of oats remain and chia seeds are fully submerged.
- Seal the lid tightly and place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, though overnight is ideal.
