Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp (0.75g) Fine Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt directly into the mason jar. Stir the dry ingredients first to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until no dry patches of oats remain and chia seeds are fully submerged.
  3. Seal the lid tightly and place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, though overnight is ideal.
