Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt directly in an 8 oz mason jar. This ensures the chia seeds don't clump at the bottom.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract for 1 minute until the almond butter is fully integrated and the liquid looks smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the mason jar.
  4. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours until the oats have absorbed the liquid and the mixture is thick.
  6. Before serving, top with fresh raspberries.
